  • Guidelines for reporting

    1. Guidelines for online reporting:
      If you have been a victim of certain crimes and the details of your event meet certain criteria, this form will allow you to self-report the incident. Not all crimes are able to be reported online. To use this system, the following must apply:

      • The crime must have occurred inside the city limits of Jenks • No one was injured, and NO weapons were involved.

      If you have met the above criteria, below is a list of crimes that you may report online. Please read the series of questions below to help you determine if your incident qualifies for online reporting.

      1. Is this an emergency?
      a. If Yes, STOP and call 911 immediately.
      b. If No, continue to the next question.

      2. Is the event currently happening (in-progress)?
      a. If Yes, STOP and call 911 immediately
      b. If No, continue to the next question.

      3. Was your event a violent crime against you or another? (Assault, Robbery, Kidnapping, Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence, etc.)
      a. If Yes, and the event is not in-progress, STOP and call 918-299-6311 option 0 to report your event. If the event is in progress call 911 immediately.
      b. If No, continue to next question.

      4. Do you have viable suspect information? (You can clearly identify the person or persons who committed the criminal act.)
      a. If Yes, and the event is not in-progress, STOP and call 918-299-6311 option 0 to report your event. If the event is in progress call 911 immediately.
      b. In No, please fill out the form

      Examples of Citizen Crime Reporting:
      1. Gas Larceny with NO evidence
      2. Criminal Mischief (Vandalism)
      3. Damaged, Lost Property
      4. Fraudulent Use Of a Credit Card
      5. Harassing Phone Calls
      6. Identity Theft
      7. Pre-Paid Credit / Debit Card Scam
      8. Theft
      9. Retail Theft
