If you have been a victim of certain crimes and the details of your event meet certain criteria, this form will allow you to self-report the incident. Not all crimes are able to be reported online. To use this system, the following must apply: • The crime must have occurred inside the city limits of Jenks • No one was injured, and NO weapons were involved. If you have met the above criteria, below is a list of crimes that you may report online. Do you have viable suspect information? (You can clearly identify the person or persons who committed the criminal act.) a.
