Fees: All applications have an associated fee. This fee must be paid before the application will be considered for approval. Submit verification of payment with a copy of an issued Building Permit or Small Job permit, purchased at City Hall, to pconway@jenksok.org, along with any questions.
I, the undersigned, am submitting one (1) set of digital plans (paper plans no longer accepted) of fire suppression plans for review and approval to the Fire Chief of the City of Jenks. I further state that I agree to perform a system test at the time of the final inspection. Failure to adequately perform this test as prescribed by the inspecting Agent will cause the system to be considered non-compliant and a Certificate of Occupancy will not be signed until compliance is reached. Upon review and approval of your submitted drawings, you will receive a Letter of Conditions statement for the Fire Official which will serve as your authorization to begin work. * Submit your drawings to pconway@jenksok.org or larger drawings via Dropbox, or you can drop off your disk.
