Where do I get a copy of a police/crime or traffic collision report?

Police/crime reports can be requested in writing at any time at the dispatch window located at Jenks City Hall:
211 N Elm Street
Jenks, OK 74037

Your request for records will be fulfilled Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.  To save some time, feel free to call the Records Department ahead of time at 918-556-7418 to make sure the report is ready for release and to arrange a time when the report will be ready for pickup.  

Traffic Collision Reports

Traffic Collision reports can be obtained at any time at the Dispatch/Communications window in the east end of the City Hall building located at
211 N Elm Street
Jenks, OK 74037

Reports are usually ready for pickup in 3 to 5 days, however, call ahead at 918-299-6311 option 6, to make sure the report is ready for release as sometimes it can take a little longer. If you need to obtain the Traffic/Collision report by mail, call to find out what the cost will be, send a check or money order to Jenks Police Department/Records at:

Include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with enough postage for the report to be returned to you.
