I live in Jenks and was told to obtain a local records check, how do I do that?

If you were provided a form by the requesting agency, you may obtain that information from the Records Clerk located in the Police Headquarters’ building at:

525 W A Street
Jenks, OK 74037

You will need a valid, state issued ID. If you were not provided a form by the requesting agency but you need something showing that you have no outstanding traffic violations or ongoing court action, or that your past violations were taken care of through the court, you will need to see the Municipal Court Clerk in the City Hall building at:

211 N Elm Street
Jenks, OK 74037

You will need to complete a Records Request form and provide a current state-issued ID; most of the time you can obtain the documents you need the same day.
