Update- 111th Street & Elwood Avenue Improvement Project
111th & Elwood Avenue Improvement Project- UPDATE*⚠️
*This project is managed by the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT)
We have changed the completion time to Summer 2021 instead of June to allow for any unexpected delays.
👉Progress since last update:
🔹 Formed and constructed concrete pavement at the intersection of 111th Street and Elwood Avenue
🔹 Construction of inlet drain tie-ins for curb and gutter at various locations along Elwood Avenue and 111th Street
🔹 Construction of sidewalks, sidewalk ramps and driveways along Elwood Avenue and East side of 111th Street
🔹 Construction of drill shafts at 111th Street and Elwood Avenue for traffic signal poles
🔹Placement of traffic signal poles at intersection

🔹 Continue placement of traffic signal lights and pedestrian signals at intersection of 111th Street and Elwood Avenue
🔹 Continued construction of sidewalks, sidewalk ramps and driveways along Elwood Avenue and East side of 111th Street
🔹 Placement of traffic and street signs (various locations)
🔹 Back-filling behind sidewalks, curb and gutter, and driveways
Estimated project completion time is Summer 2021. If timeline changes, we will alert citizens. If access to 111th Street and Elwood Avenue is possible before that time, we will announce that on our social media and website.
