Updated Tree/Green Waste Debris Removal Information 5/28/19 4:00PM
PLEASE NOTE Jenks is NOT operating any central disposal sites within the city at this time. The Trash Bash site that was used this year is private property and not open for disposal.
We also request that residents do not dispose of any materials and/or tree debris at any city park. Some parks have had a lot of tree damage that may look like a debris pile, but these are not a disposal site. Thank you for your cooperation with this!
Here are options regarding tree debris and green waste debris:
🔷If you have limbs/branches (wood fences can also be included ), you can cut them into 4ft sections and bundle them, then place them on your curb. American Waste will work on picking these bundles up over the next few weeks, free to residents.
🔹❗️New information: If you would like to take your green waste (including larger tree debris) to Tulsa Green Waste site at 2100 N. 145th E Ave, you can now drop this off FOR FREE. You MUST bring proof of Jenks residence (drivers license or utility bill) in order to drop your green waste off at no charge. The City of Jenks has worked with the City of Tulsa to offer this at no cost to our residents.
🔹❗️You have the option to leave big limbs that have not been bundled by the curb – away from fire hydrants or water meters. American Waste or another contractor will come around within the next month to pick it all up.
The Tulsa Green Waste site is open Monday-Saturday 7:30AM - 5:00PM and Sunday 7:30AM - 3:00PM.
All other debris (non green waste) can be taken to the Creek County Landfill on 33rd West Ave. There may be a fee associated with this.
We thank you for your patience!
