1.

Consideration and appropriate action relating to a request for approval of the Consent Agenda. (All matters listed under "Consent" are considered by the City Council to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. Any Councilor may, however, remove an item from the Consent Agenda by request. A motion to adopt the Consent Agenda is non-debatable.)

Request to declare surplus various obsolete materials, supplies, vehicles, and equipment from all departments and to authorize the sale of same in the City of Jenks and related entities auction on December 12, 2019.

Request to consider approval of Holiday bonuses in the gross amount of $400.00 for full-time employees and $200.00 for regular part-time employees; to authorize the expenditure for same within the current budget and to authorize the Finance Director to request an appropriation for such expenditures to reimburse the current balance from fund balances of those entities before the end of the fiscal year, if needed.

Request to approve Ordinance No. 1478 – Corrected (to correct the legal description), relating to JZ-634/PUD-114 which rezoned and established a PUD on property located at the southwest corner of 3rd and Aquarium Place; repealing all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict herewith; providing for severability; and declaring an emergency. Request to approve the emergency clause for Ordinance No. 1478 – Corrected, making it effective immediately upon passage.

Request to approve JZ 19-646 from Carla Harris for a zone change from RS-3 (Residential Single-Family High Density) District to CS (Commercial Shopping Center) District. General Location: 421 W Main St [Beach]

Request to approve Ordinance No. 1498 relating to JZ 19-646, rezoning a tract of land from RS-3 (Residential Single-Family High Density) District to CS (Commercial Shopping Center) District; repealing all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict herewith; providing for severability; and declaring an emergency. [Beach]

8.

Request to approve the emergency clause for Ordinance No. 1498, making it effective immediately upon passage.

Consider, motion, and vote to enter executive session pursuant to Title 25 O.S. § 307(B)(1) to discuss the employment of the City Manager in preparation for the City manager’s yearly performance review.
