Request to approve the emergency clause for Ordinance No. 1497, making it effective immediately upon passage.

Report on the anticipated completion schedule for Horizon Jenks. [Beach]

Discuss and potentially take action on a concept plan to widen South Elm Street (121st to 131st Streets) from 3-lanes to 5-lanes. [Robinson]

Consider, motion, and vote to enter executive session pursuant to Title 25 O.S. § 307(B)(4) to discuss the requests of Chris Shrout, Rebecca Stewart, Lisa Brewer, Teresa Nowlin, and Chief Cameron Arthur for legal representation in Case No. CIV-19-541-CVE-JFJ, Jonetta Bostic v. City of Jenks et al filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma.
